Start by contacting our procurement team. We’ll assess your product range, quality certifications and capacity. Once approved, you’ll be onboarded through SAP Ariba or Direct EDI, depending on your setup.

Does Fabory use SAP Ariba for procurement?

Yes. Fabory uses SAP Ariba as its primary procurement platform for purchase orders, invoicing and supplier collaboration. If you’re already on Ariba, integration is straightforward.

What is Direct EDI and when is it used?

Direct EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is an alternative to SAP Ariba for suppliers who exchange high volumes of documents. It enables automated purchase order and invoice processing directly between your ERP system and Fabory’s.

What ESG and sustainability requirements does Fabory have for suppliers?

Fabory requires suppliers to meet responsible sourcing standards covering environmental, social and governance criteria. This includes compliance with conflict minerals regulations, labour standards and environmental management practices.
