Finding products: From a hassle to a piece of cake
If you have a need for a product and you want to find it as quickly as possible we have improved not only our search engine but also our product data. You’re probably wondering; “Ok nice, but how does this help me to not search for the product but actually find it?”
Improved suggestions
The Webshop will index the suggestions based on 3 origins of data; Category names, product names and keywords.
Grouped overview
Do you not hate it when you search for a bolt and you get over 20,000 results? That’s why we set up a master/variant which will enable you to get to your product quicker. It will yield fewer results when executing a search query, and will give you a better overview of available variants.
Search within filters
We have re-introduced the searching within filters. The functionality was stripped with the old Webshop therefore we identified your need to search within filters.
Boosting profiles
Based on conclusive analysis we are now able to give products a boost when you search with a specific keyword. This way we can put the most wanted products at the top of the results.
Check the status of your order in “My Fabory”
If you’re wondering where your order is you can easily check this in the new Order Portal at “My Fabory”. The Order Portal gives you a clear view of the status for all of your orders placed both online and offline. It’s also possible to easily re-order a previous order.
