Account & settings

Creating an account is done within 1 minute and gives you many advantages: direct insight into your own prices, quick checkout, easy access to previous orders and invoices and the possibility to create custom product lists. Keep your company details such as address and VAT number to hand to ensure a smooth registration. Once registered, you can easily manage your settings in your personal MyFabory environment.

I am new to Fabory, how do I register?
You can create an account via the registration page. Fill in your personal details and company details such as name, address and VAT number. Don't forget to sign up for our newsletter so we can keep you up to date with industry news, product innovations and exclusive offers. After registration you will receive a confirmation email and you can immediately start ordering. 

I am already a Fabory customer, can I create an account myself?
Yes, if you are already a Fabory customer, registering is even easier. Check the existing account box below the name fields and enter your customer number. The only information you need to add afterwards is your email address and password. You will find your customer number at the top of your invoices.

I get an error message when I try to create a password. 
When creating a password, remember that your password must consist of:
- Minimum of 8 characters
- A special character chosen from: ! @ # $ € % ^ & * ( ) \ _ - = + ] (do not use this character at the beginning of the password)
- Minimum of 1 number
- Minimum of 1 letter

My colleague already has an account, how can I add myself to his/her account?
Register as an existing customer via the registration page, using the same customer number. The admin user within your company can also add you directly as a user via his or her MyFabory environment.

Is it possible to add a colleague to my account?
Yes, if you are an admin user you can add and maintain account users. When you are logged in, go to “User Management””, there you will see all users associated with your account. To add a user, click on “Add user”, fill in the details and click on “Save”.

I want to log in, but I have forgotten my password.
We all forget a password from time to time. To reset your password, click the “Forgot password” link on the login page. Then enter your email address and you will receive instructions on how to reset your password.

I have an account, but I want to change my email address.
To change personal information such as name or e-mail address, click on your name after logging in. Go to “My profile” and there you can change your name, email address and password.

How do I add multiple delivery addresses to my account?
It is possible to set up your own address book with multiple delivery addresses. After logging in, click on your name and go to “My company details”. Under “Addresses” you can add, change or delete addresses. When placing an order, simply choose the correct address from your list. Can't access this section? See who the admin user is within your company, he or she can help you.


With your webshop account you have direct access to your personal MyFabory environment. MyFabory answers all your order-related questions and helps you to order easier and faster. After logging in to MyFabory, you will arrive at your dashboard by clicking on your name. Your personal dashboard provides shortcuts to the most used MyFabory features.

Order History

Shows an overview of all orders placed in the past 12 months, including the status. For more details, click on the order number.

When will my order be delivered?
In MyFabory you can see the status of your order. After logging in, navigate to “Order history” and select the order you want to check. Next to the order details you will see the expected delivery date. When your order is delivered by out transport partner, there is a Track & Trace link available (if our transport partner provide one) with which you can follow your order closely.

I am looking for an invoice, how can I get it?
Finding the right invoice has never been easier. Log in to MyFabory, navigate to “Invoices”. A list of all your orders will be displayed, including the option to download the invoice as a PDF. You can also view your invoices via your personal dashboard.

Where can I view my order history?
MyFabory gives you instant access to your financial history, with an overview of all your orders from the past 12 months. Log in to MyFabory, navigate to “Order history”” and a list of all your orders will be displayed. If you want to see more details, just click on one of the order numbers. You can also view your order history from your personal dashboard.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Depending on the status of your order, it can be difficult to make changes. Unfortunately this is not possible directly via MyFabory. Contact our Customer Service department to see what the options are.

What is the easiest way to place my order?
MyFabory offers you multiple ways to place orders quickly and easily. Here you will find extensive information about the “Quick Order” functionality. This functionality is a useful tool to import Fabory article numbers into your shopping cart, either line by line, by importing text or by uploading a CSV. In addition to “Quick Order”, there is also the option to repeat a previous order. Find the order you want to repeat in “Order history”, click on the order number and click on “Reorder”. Another tool that helps you to order more efficiently is “My Catalogs”, which allows you to create custom lists of your favorite products. To create a new catalog, go to “My Catalogs”, click on “Add new catalog”, specify the details and click on "Create catalog". Start adding products by using the catalog icon at the top of any product page. Now you can add all the products in your catalog to your shopping cart with one click.

How can I repeat my previous order?
With MyFabory you can easily repeat previous orders, which can save you a lot of time. To do this, log into MyFabory and navigate to “Order history”. Select the order you want to repeat, click the “Reorder” button and your shopping cart will be filled automatically. Of course you can always add other products, adjust quantities and remove products. All you have to do after that, is complete the order as you normally do.

How can I change my account settings?
Personal data such as name, e-mail address and password can be adjusted via “My profile”. Any user can access this section within MyFabory. Only admin users have full access to all settings. Within “My company details” they can:
  • View the Fabory account number
  • View the stored company name
  • View the stored VAT-number
  • Add, change or remove addresses
  • Add, change or remove users

There are three main ways to find your products on the Webshop:

Our powerful search bar
You can find the right product on the Fabory Webshop in different ways. In addition to using our clear category structure, you can also find your products via the search bar. Our search function recognizes many different ways to describe our products. Some examples are :
  • Product Type or category, e.g. 'Thread rod'.
  • Combinations of product types, materials and sizes, such as 'Hexagon bolt stainless steel M10x50'.
  • All major industry standards, from ISO, DIN to ASME and much more.
  • Technical specifications, such as thread direction and class
  • Article number, EAN, MPN, UBB or UNSPSC
After typing in the search bar, you will be presented with various suggestions to choose from, such as categories and products. Press enter to see all search results.
Our "Quick Search" functionality
By clicking on 'Quick Search' next to the search bar, you can directly filter by technical aspects of the product you are looking for. You can filter by industry standard, size, class, material and/or surface treatment.

Selecting the right products

After using our categories or the search function, you will arrive at a product page. On the product page you will find all the information you need to make the right choice. You will find all product variants and sizes in a table, where you can also filter by characteristics such as product size and see if the product is in stock. Would you like more information about the product? Click on the article number in the table to find all the details. On the product detail page you will find a detailed product description, technical drawings and a CAD model. Click on 'Download PDF' on the right to download the product information. After you have made a choice, you can select a product quantity and add the product to your shopping cart. You can continue navigating to other products or download the product information.

I can't find the product I'm looking for. What can I do?
Try typing in a different product feature in our search bar. No success? Please contact our Customer Service department for assistance.

The product I want is not in stock. When will it be delivered?
Add the products to your shopping cart. You will find an estimated delivery date on the shopping cart page before checkout.

I want a cost indication of the products I am looking for.
Add all products to the shopping cart. You will find a complete overview of the products and the costs on the shopping cart page. You can also export this overview to a CSV file or download it as a price overview in a PDF file.

Place an order on the Webshop

You can proceed to checkout after you have placed all desired products in your shopping cart. Click on the shopping cart icon at the top right and click on 'Checkout'. This is the start of your checkout process.
On the next page, you can revise your selection by increasing the number of products or by removing products. Any voucher code can be added in the light orange box on the right. Click on “Proceed to checkout” when you are ready. If you haven't already done so, you will be prompted to log in. Don't have a webshop account or have you forgotten your login details? Choose a delivery method, location and date that suits you best

You are in control of the delivery method, location and date. Click on “Add new address” if you want to have the products delivered to a different location. The added address will be saved in your account for easy selection on your next order. An order reference can be added to the P.O. NUMBER on the right side of the page.

After you have entered everything, click on “Select payment method”. We offer several payment methods for you to choose from. Select your preferred payment method and click on “Continue to summary”.

The “Order Summary” is the last page before you place an order. On this page you can view all your payment preferences, from shipping address to payment method. Click on “Change” if you want to change anything. Ready to place your order? Check the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions and click on “Place Order”.

How can I track the status of my order?
In MyFabory you can see the status of your order. After logging in, navigate to “Order history” and select the order you want to check. Next to the order details you will see the expected delivery date. When your order is delivered by our transport partner, a Track & Trace link is available that allows you to follow your order closely.

I have placed an order, but I want to change something. What can I do?
Our Customer Service department are ready to assist you.

Quick Order

If you already have a list of products along with production quantities, using “Quick Order” is the easiest way to place an order. On the “Quick Order” page, you can choose from three different options to import your product list:

Line by line

You can copy/paste or type the product number in the 'article number' field.

Text import

Here you can paste a list of your desired articles in a simple format : Article number + quantity, separated by a comma (for example : 01210100030,500)

CSV upload

Instantly upload a CSV file with the same format as the text file.
After adding or uploading your list, you can click “Add” to proceed to the shopping cart and checkout process.
