The Fabory range continues to grow. With a wide and deep range of fasteners, we provide customers with items from different product categories in many variants. When there is a need for adjustment or expansion, new fasteners are added to the more than 120,000 fasteners that are already in the range.

Přístup specifický pro dané odvětví odpovídá potřebám zákazníků. Může jít o zákazníky z oblasti strojírenství, kteří se zaměřují na potravinářský průmysl. Nebo zákazníci z polovodičového a zdravotnického průmyslu. De branche Truck, Trailer & Coach building is al tientallen jaren een belangrijke branche voor Fabory. Als klant uit deze branche bedienen we u nu ook vanuit een voorraadprincipe.
Dit zijn de meest bestelde fasteners uit het Fabory-assortiment door klanten uit deze branche:
In stalen moeren voorzagen we u als klant al, maar het leveren van stalen moeren mét een zinc flake oppervlaktebedekking is een goed voorbeeld van branchespecifiek werken. De behoefte aan dit product werd steeds groter en omdat de productie in de branche Truck, Trailer & Coach building nooit mag stagneren, levert Fabory 2.000 artikelen in zinc flake uit voorraad. Waar andere zinklagen vaak te dik worden, kent de zinc flake bedekking een dunne laagdikte met een hoge corrosiewerendheid.
Knapen Trailers uit het Brabantse Deurne gebruikt 60 unieke zinc flake fasteners van Fabory. Op de werkvloer van de producent van schuifvloertrailers grijpen medewerkers wekelijks naar vele duizenden Fabory-artikelen met een zinc flake behandeling. Johan van Hommelen, strategisch inkoper bij Knapen Trailers, legt uit dat de corrosiewerendheid van de fasteners een belangrijke factor is voor het bedrijf. “Onze trailers en dus ook de gebruikte bevestigingsmaterialen, worden jaar in jaar uit blootgesteld aan weer en wind. De invloed van het weer op de materialen is groot.”
In iedere trailer verdwijnen honderden zinc flake fasteners: in het chassis, het vloerframe, de bovenbouw en in diverse trailercomponenten. Het voorraadbeheer van de zinc flake fasteners blijft mede op peil dankzij een RFID-oplossing. “Het complete bestelproces, ook die van de zinc flake fasteners, wordt hiermee verzorgd.”
Binnen de branche Truck, Trailer & Coach building is blindklinken een veelgebruikte bevestigingstechniek. Deze techniek wordt in bijna elke bus, truck of trailer gebruikt. Van de voorkant tot aan de achterkant en alles daar tussenin: de cabine, zitplaatsen, chassis, dakrails, veiligheidsconstructies, vloersystemen en nog veel meer.
Afhankelijk van de toepassing kan een standaard blindklinknagel of een blindklinkmoer de klus klaren. Voor de meer kritische toepassingen in deze branche heeft Fabory onder andere structurele blindklinknagels en lockbolts voor u beschikbaar.
In de branche Voedingsmiddelenindustrie moeten klanten efficiënt kunnen werken met fasteners die aan strenge wet- en regelgeving voldoen. De corrosiewerendheid van het materiaal maakt roestvaststalen fasteners ideaal in deze industrie, waar hygiëne voorop staat. De RVS-tapbout is een veelgebruikte fastener, samen met de zeskantmoer.
Bij het gebruik van RVS-bevestigingsmaterialen gebeurt het regelmatig dat binnen- en buitendraad aan elkaar gaan vastzitten en de bevestiging niet meer kan worden losgedraaid. Producenten in de branche voedingsmiddelenindustrie gaan dit koudlassen (vreten) van RVS-materiaal vaak tegen door het gebruik van een montagepasta. Helaas kleven daar nadelen aan: de montage vergt extra tijd en onderdelen en handen moeten na gebruik worden gereinigd. Speciaal voor deze branche vonden we een oplossing: een vooraf aangebrachte smering die het vastvreten van de schroefdraad voorkomt. De Fabory Lubrinox fasteners zijn bouten, moeren en schroeven van RVS met een speciaal ontwikkelde coating die zorgt voor een duurzame smering in de schroefdraadverbinding. The design and production company Geelen Counterflow from Haelen is one of the companies allowed to take the lead in testing Lubrinox. The fasteners provided with lubrication disappear in coolers and dryers for the food industry. Several copies of these coolers and dryers are sent out at Geelen Counterflow weekly. They leave for places all over the world.
Due to the intensive use of stainless steel fasteners, the company was looking for a cost-effective alternative to lubrication on bolts. René Derckx, the technical purchaser at Geelen Counterflow: "We were curious whether the solution devised by Fabory would also meet our wishes. The main premise was that threads do not get stuck. You don't want to have to cut or drill out a screw."
Another coating that employees use in the workplace is a lot thicker. Fabory's Lubrinox fasteners do not need such a thick layer. "A thick layer makes it more difficult to drive screws by hand. They get very greasy. If you need to use force, slide your fingers over the hex. You do not have that with Lubrinox. The reactions on the shop floor are positive during this test"
