In 2022, stove manufacturer Váll-Ker Ltd. began looking for a new solution to manage its inventory after expanding production capacity. Based in Makó, Hungary, the company now produces between 36,000 and 40,000 stoves annually.
Following a supplier selection process, Váll-Ker chose Fabory. The company then implemented Fabory Logic together with a VAS labelling and barcode system to support the increased volume of incoming goods and simplify internal logistics.

The challenge: increased goods volumes after production expansion
Váll-Ker’s production expansion brought a more complex internal logistics process and increased the volume of incoming goods that needed to be handled efficiently.

Fabory Logic VAS labelling and barcode solution
Váll-Ker implemented a VAS labelling system through Fabory Logic. Every package is relabelled with Váll-Ker’s own item number and barcode.
The delivery documentation also includes the barcode of the customer order number, the Fabory delivery-note number and the delivered quantity per article.
This gives warehouse employees the information needed to process incoming goods directly through Váll-Ker’s internal system.

Goods receipt can now be processed by scanning codes and quantities directly into the internal system. This has made the process faster, more accurate and more transparent.
