In order to take advantage of our collection counter please bear in mind the following changes to the procedure, which allows us to continue to protect you and our Fabory colleagues:
- Opening times are restricted between 11am & 3pm. No collections can be made outside of these times.
- Face masks must be worn once inside the trade counter area.
- Persons collecting must provide a copy of the order acknowledgment to our Warehouse Operative.
- You must be willing to sign a copy of the POD.
Please endeavor to bring your own pen for hygiene
Northern Ireland Orders
- For Northern Irish customers, the courier must either bring the labels required or collection labels for the goods must be sent to sales.faboryuk@fabory.com if you require us to label the goods before your courier collects.
- Please give your courier the order number and company name that they are collecting for to ensure continuity of service. Fabory UK Ltd accepts no liability for failed collections should the above not be followed.
- If the order is not collected within 30 calendar days of the date of the order, Fabory UK Ltd reserves the right to charge a restocking fee. This charge and its amount are at the discretion of the Fabory UK Customer Services team.
Safety remains our number one priority.
The above procedure has been put in place to protect both Fabory customers & colleagues, failure to comply, may mean you are unable to collect your order.
