The collar prevents the handle of the Click-Torque torque wrench from touching the ground. Dirt and damage are avoided when putting down the tool while working. Also prevents the tool from rolling away, and it serves to fix the Click-Torque torque wrench in the storage/transport box. The collar can be easily attached to the torque wrench tube and is removable.
