Vriendelijker gebruik van filters
- Het verfijnen van uw zoekopdracht met de hulp van filters is weer een stukje gebruiksvriendelijker. Wilt u filteren op diameter, lengte of standaard, dan ziet u direct de artikelen met de meeste keuzes bovenaan. Het filtergedeelte herlaadt niet en de pagina blijft stabieler. En de filters blijven geopend, zodat u eenvoudig een extra filter kunt kiezen.

Suggesties bij gekozen product
After adding a product to your shopping cart, you will now see related items suggested alongside it. These related products are also shown on the product detail page under the ‘Related products’ tab, helping you complete your order with ease.

Manage user access of MyFabory Insights reports
It’s now easier to control which MyFabory Insights dashboards a colleague can view. The administrator can go to ‘User management’ under ‘Company details’ to manage access permissions for colleagues across various MyFabory Insights dashboards.

Download information in MyFabory
- On the ‘Order overview,’ ‘Open order lines,’ and ‘Invoices’ pages in MyFabory, you can now download information in CSV or Excel format. Simply use the ‘Download overview’ option in the bottom right corner of the page.

Smart suggestions for typos
Typos happen easily. That’s why, when you enter a misspelled search term like “Hexagon bold” or “Weera,” we now show the most likely intended results. For example: "These results are for Wera." This way, you’ll still quickly find what you're looking for.

First step in improving navigation for tools and safety items
We've taken an important first step in grouping tool and safety products to make your selection process easier. Similar to our fastener categories, you can now choose from different product variants. For instance, selecting a different screwdriver length or the correct size of work gloves. This makes it easier to find exactly what you need.

Credit check integrated into the ordering process
- A smooth ordering process is essential for everyone. That’s why we now periodically run an automatic credit check for our business customers during checkout. If there is insufficient credit available, the system will offer the option to pay in advance.

Faster access to large orders
- For larger orders, we've significantly reduced the loading time when opening them in MyFabory. Large orders now load in just 3 seconds. That’s 10 times faster than before. Less waiting means you can get back to work right away.

More information in your PDF download
When you have items in your shopping cart, you can download a price overview. This PDF now contains additional information:
- Each item number in the overview is clickable and leads directly to the product page.
- The expected delivery date for each item has been added.
- Your shopping cart now has a unique shopping cart ID, which you can find below the date and your customer number in the PDF.

Improvements in the mobile webshop and app
We have made several improvements to enhance your shopping experience via mobile and app:
- Thanks to an improved pop-up, you can now more clearly see the stock status in our Technical Service Centers (TSCs).
- You can swipe through product images more easily.
- Product information is now neatly organized into tabs that you can open with a simple click.

Always find what you are looking for
- Our search function has been further improved. When entering an item number, you will now always receive a suggestion, regardless of spaces or periods. This makes it even easier to find the correct product.

Resolved shopping cart error
- Previously, after adding items to your shopping cart, an error message could appear without clear explanation. Now, if an item is out of assortment, you will no longer see an option to add it to your cart. This reduces the chances of any surprises during checkout. We continue to work on improving our product data to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.

Faster order overview
- Good news for those who regularly place orders and have a large order history. In the past, long order overviews could take longer to load than desired. From now on, we can show a shortened overview upon request – for example, only orders from the last 3 months.

Bank selection in iDEAL
When paying for an order, you now select your bank directly within the iDEAL environment. Previously, this selection was requested while you were still in the Fabory checkout screen. Now, you click the Pay button, then choose your bank or scan the iDEAL QR code. The payment is completed in your trusted banking app.

A single delivery date for large orders
Are you ordering a large quantity of a single product? Sometimes, we are unable to deliver everything the next day. From now on, your shopping cart will display the exact delivery date for the entire order. This ensures your order arrives in one shipment, preventing the impression that it will be delivered in multiple parts.

Faster navigation through category pages and shopping cart
- Navigating through our product categories is now smoother, helping you reach your digital shopping cart more quickly. Additionally, you will notice that the shopping cart loads more efficiently when you return without adding new items.

Cutted threaded rods are now available for direct ordering
- You can now easily order cutted threaded rods through our webshop, with a minimum order amount of €35. This minimum amount is required due to the specifications we send to the cutting machine. Need a larger quantity of cutted threaded rods? Add the product to your shopping cart, adjust the quantity, and view the total price.

Efficient inventory management with BarTrack
Do you use the BarTrack app to manage your inventory? The ordering process is now even more efficient: scan your products in the warehouse and add them to your Fabory shopping cart with a single click. Review your complete price overview before finalizing your order.

Orders and invoices linked
It happens to all of us: you’re holding an invoice and wondering which orders it relates to. Or vice versa – you see an order and want to know which invoice is linked to it. Thanks to a new feature in MyFabory, this question is now quickly answered. Using the search fields in the order overview and on the invoices page, you can instantly see which orders and invoices match. In the order details, you can also download all associated invoices. This feature is only visible to users with access to invoices.

A new delivery option: Innight Delivery
- In December, we introduced a new shipping method: Innight Delivery. When a customer places an order before 7:00 PM, the products will be delivered overnight in a personal crate. This service is available throughout the Netherlands and Belgium. Interested in this option for your organization and want your own personal crate? Let your account manager know.

Filters stay visible
- The filter you selected in the webshop is now easier to find. In addition to appearing at the top of the page, it is now also visible in the left-hand filter list. For example, if you’re searching for a product with a specific diameter, the selected filter will remain clearly displayed.

The MyFabory dashboard gives you a clear overview of open orders, invoices, and products still on their way—all at a glance. It also provides account information such as your customer number and the administrator of your MyFabory account. Do you have an outstanding invoice? - Last month, we added extra product images in our webshop. Now, you can view the products from all angles, including the correct surface treatment.

Improvements to your order details
- In the past, sometimes your order details did not show an expected delivery date. From now on, this information will always be visible. Additionally, the status of a shipment delivered in two parts will now be displayed as ‘completed’ instead of ‘partially shipped’.

You can choose to make adding an order reference mandatory when an employee places an order on Fabory.com. This way, the invoice and order align more accurately and efficiently. Nearest Technical Service Center
- Several Fabory shops have been closed since November 1st. If you had a preferred shop saved as a favorite, you will now see the nearest TSC relative to that shop. Additionally, when placing an order in the webshop, the four TSC’s will be available as delivery options.

New payment method
- Customers in the Netherlands can now pay with an American Express card. Previously, we enabled PayPal as a payment option for customers in Spain. We continue to expand payment methods for our customers.

En bij het bekijken van producten in de webshop, ziet u voortaan onder ‘Mijn assortiment' een filter genaamd ‘Mijn Logic producten’. Met de filter vindt u eenvoudig de producten op Fabory.com die u op uw planken heeft liggen.

- De zoekbalk toont nu nog meer informatie. Naast de afbeelding en het artikelnummer ziet u nu ook de productnaam. Daarmee krijgt u meer overzicht en ziet u direct meer details over het product dat u zoekt.

Uitbreiding van zoekfunctionaliteiten
- Dankzij een upgrade van FindTuner en Solr zoekt u nu eenvoudiger naar artikelen op Fabory.com. Met de upgrade kent de zoekbalk nieuwe functionaliteiten en blijft deze actueel. Zoekt u bijvoorbeeld op ‘DIN 931 M4’? Dan selecteren wij automatisch voor u M4 in de filter ‘diameter’ aan de linkerkant op de pagina.

Goedkeuren van door merchandiser gescande artikelen
- Een order inzien en goedkeuren nadat uw medewerker deze had geplaatst, was natuurlijk al mogelijk. Nu kunt u ook na het bezoek van een Fabory-merchandiser een bestelling met gescande artikelen direct goedkeuren. U krijgt automatisch een mail met het verzoek deze goed te keuren in MyFabory. Ook het doen van aanpassingen aan de bestelling en het toevoegen van een referentie zijn mogelijk.

Met het oog op wet- en regelgeving
- Mocht het ooit zo ver komen: u kunt voortaan uw MyFabory-account verwijderen onder 'Persoonlijke gegevens’ in MyFabory. Dit met het oog op wet- en regelgeving. De data die aan uw klantnummer is gekoppeld (zoals bestellingen), blijft bewaard. Alleen gebruikersdetails zoals het e-mailadres worden verwijderd uit MyFabory.

- Uw eigen klantspecifieke artikelen worden voortaan automatisch zichtbaar gemaakt in de webshop. Inmiddels telt de webshop ruim 39.000 klantspecifieke artikelen, die wij speciaal voor klanten inkopen.

Bestelling in enkele minuten verwerkt
- Sommige bestellingen hadden een kleine vertraging in de verwerking, nadat de bestelling via bijvoorbeeld iDeal, creditcard of Bancontact was betaald. Deze bestellingen worden nu binnen enkele minuten verwerkt.

Fixed bugs in MyFabory
- In the invoice overview in MyFabory, customers needed help downloading some invoices. This was because these invoices were supposed to be excluded from this overview. These invoices are no longer displayed.
- Under Company information in MyFabory, customers could not add a delivery address; the 'Save' button was not functioning. This has now been resolved.

Do you need a Declaration of Conformity for Fasteners F2.1 according to ISO 16228 for your order? You can download it from now on using the order details in MyFabory. This document proves that Fabory delivered the products on the packing slip by the order confirmation.

Shareable link for recently purchased items
- Quickly locate and easily share recently purchased items with a direct, personalised link. This link provides a catalogue of your 40 most frequently purchased items in the past 12 months. Our staff can email you this link directly, and you can find the link in the address bar of your browser when visiting the catalogue in MyFabory.

Are you about to check out? From now on, you will see both the delivery address and the billing address in the order overview. The account administrator also sees both addresses under the company data in MyFabory. This way we avoid confusion.
