Actieve gebruikers
- Goed om te zien dat er steeds meer actieve gebruikers zijn op onze webshop, daar zijn we erg blij mee. En dit gaat om meer dan alleen het plaatsen van bestellingen: steeds meer gebruikers beheren en volgen hun orders nadat ze zijn ingelogd in de webshop.

Aanbevolen producten
Wanneer u een product aan uw winkelwagen toevoegt, krijgt u voortaan suggesties voor aanvullende producten. Dit zijn artikelen die handig kunnen zijn in uw dagelijkse productieprocessen, zoals handschoenen, remmenreiniger of schroefdraadborging.

MyFabory Connect
Terugkerende klanten ontvangen extra waardering via MyFabory Connect. Na inloggen ziet u Connect in uw MyFabory-dashboard. Een badge geeft uw niveau weer: Start, Plus, Premium of Elite. Hoe hoger het niveau, hoe groter het voordeel. Vanuit het dashboard kunt u eenvoudig doorklikken voor meer informatie en direct starten met MyFabory Connect.

Watermerk en data delen
- Het beschermen van onze data en productafbeeldingen is voor ons van groot belang. Daarom zijn de productafbeeldingen in onze webshop voortaan voorzien van een zichtbaar watermerk. Dit watermerk maakt duidelijk dat de afbeeldingen eigendom zijn van Fabory. Daarnaast hebben wij ons beleid rondom datadeling aangescherpt. Onze productcontent blijft het intellectuele eigendom van Fabory en vormt een belangrijk onderdeel van onze strategische waarde in de markt. We blijven data delen met partners, maar uitsluitend onder voorwaarden die zorgen voor wederzijds vertrouwen en duurzame samenwerking. Zo beschermen wij niet alleen de investering achter onze content, maar zorgen we er ook voor dat onze partners kunnen blijven profiteren van betrouwbare, hoogwaardige data.

- Terwijl de temperaturen in de maand juni steeds verder opliepen, werkten wij stug verder aan het verbeteren van uw gebruikerservaring op Fabory.com. Ontdek welke nieuwe functies het vinden van de gewenste producten op Fabory.com nog eenvoudiger maken en hoe u de toegang tot MyFabory Insights rapporten van collega’s beheert.

Vriendelijker gebruik van filters
- Het verfijnen van uw zoekopdracht met de hulp van filters is weer een stukje gebruiksvriendelijker. Wilt u filteren op diameter, lengte of standaard, dan ziet u direct de artikelen met de meeste keuzes bovenaan. Het filtergedeelte herlaadt niet en de pagina blijft stabieler. En de filters blijven geopend, zodat u eenvoudig een extra filter kunt kiezen.

Suggesties bij gekozen product
U heeft een product aan uw winkelwagen toegevoegd en krijgt daarna ook enkele gerelateerde artikelen bij dat product te zien. Dit soort gerelateerde producten staan voortaan ook op de productpagina onder het tabje ‘Gerelateerde producten’. Dit helpt u bij het compleet maken van uw bestelling.

Toegang tot MyFabory Insights rapporten beheren
U kunt eenvoudiger bepalen welke dashboards van MyFabory Insights een collega mag zien. De beheerder gaat naar ‘Gebruikersbeheer’ onder ‘Bedrijfsgegevens’. Diegene beheert hier eenvoudig de verschillende toegangen van de collega’s tot de dashboards van MyFabory Insights.

Informatie downloaden in MyFabory
- In MyFabory kunt u op de pagina’s ‘Besteloverzicht’, ‘Openstaande bestelregels’ en ‘Facturen’ de informatie nu downloaden in CSV of Excel. Dat doet u rechtsonder op de pagina bij ‘Download overzicht’.

- In mei werkten we aan het optimaliseren van de zoekfunctionaliteit zodat u sneller vindt wat u zoekt. Ook zorgden we dat een bestelling met een groot aantal producten voortaan sneller opent. Slimme suggesties bij typefouten
Een typefout is zo gemaakt. Daarom laten we u bij een foutieve zoekopdracht zoals ‘zeskantboud’ of ‘Weera’, de voor de hand liggende resultaten zien van de zoekopdracht zoals u deze waarschijnlijk bedoeld heeft. Bijvoorbeeld: "Deze resultaten zijn voor Wera." Zo vindt u alsnog snel wat u nodig heeft.

Eerste stap in verbeteren navigatie binnen gereedschap en veiligheidsartikelen
We hebben een eerste stap gezet in het groeperen van gereedschapsartikelen die uw werk makkelijker maken. Net als bij de fasteners kunt u een keuze maken op basis van de verschillende productvarianten. Denk aan het kiezen van een andere lengte van een schroevendraaier of het selecteren van de juiste maat werkhandschoenen. Deze aanpak verhoogt de vindbaarheid van het gewenste artikel.

Kredietcheck geïntegreerd in het bestelproces
- Een soepel bestelproces is belangrijk voor iedereen. Daarom controleren we periodiek bij het plaatsen van een bestelling via de webshop, automatisch de kredietwaardigheid van onze zakelijke klanten. Bij onvoldoende kredietruimte, wordt de optie tot betaling vooraf geboden.

Sneller toegang tot grote bestellingen
- Voor grotere orders hebben we de laadtijd van het openen van de bestelling in MyFabory aanzienlijk verkort. Nu duurt het laden van grote orders 3 seconden, dat is 10 keer zo snel als voorheen. Minder lang wachten dus, zodat u direct verder kunt.

- De afgelopen maand hebben we gewerkt aan het verbeteren van uw winkelervaring op Fabory.com. We zorgen ervoor dat u sneller en makkelijker vindt wat u zoekt, en bieden u meer informatie over onze artikelen. Ook hebben we de gebruikerservaring in onze app en op de mobiele website verder verbeterd. Hieronder leest u wat dit voor u betekent.

Wanneer u artikelen in uw winkelwagen heeft, kunt u een prijsoverzicht downloaden. In deze PDF vindt u nu extra informatie:
- Elk artikelnummer in het overzicht is aanklikbaar en leidt direct naar de productpagina.
- De verwachte leverdatum van elk artikel is toegevoegd.
- Uw winkelwagen heeft een uniek winkelwagen-ID, dat u nu onder de datum en uw klantnummer vindt in de PDF.

Verbeteringen in de mobiele webshop en app
We hebben verschillende verbeteringen doorgevoerd die uw shopervaring via mobiel en app prettiger maken:
- Dankzij een verbeterde pop-up ziet u nu nog duidelijker de status van de voorraad in onze Technical Service Centers (TSC’s).
- U kunt door de productfoto’s van een artikel swipen.
- Productinformatie is overzichtelijker gegroepeerd in tabs die u makkelijk kunt openen.

Altijd vinden wat u zoekt
- Onze zoekfunctie is verder verbeterd. Bij het intypen van een artikelnummer krijgt u nu altijd een suggestie, ongeacht spaties of punten. Zo vindt u sneller het juiste artikel.

Opgeloste foutmelding bij winkelwagen
- Eerder kon het gebeuren dat, na het toevoegen van artikelen aan uw winkelwagen, een foutmelding verscheen zonder duidelijke uitleg. Als er een artikel uit assortiment is gegaan, ziet u nu geen besteloptie meer. Zo verkleinen we de kans op verrassingen tijdens het bestellen. We blijven werken aan betere productdata om uw winkelervaring zo soepel mogelijk te laten verlopen.

- Aan het einde van het eerste kwartaal van 2025 praten we u bij over twee recente verbeteringen in MyFabory en de checkout. Ondertussen werken we onder andere aan het optimaliseren van de mobiele gebruikerservaring. In april vertellen we u precies wat dit voor u betekent.

Sneller overzicht van bestellingen
- Good news for those who regularly place orders and have a large order history. In the past, long order overviews could take longer to load than desired. From now on, we can show a shortened overview upon request – for example, only orders from the last 3 months.

Bank selection in iDEAL
When paying for an order, you now select your bank directly within the iDEAL environment. Previously, this selection was requested while you were still in the Fabory checkout screen. Now, you click the Pay button, then choose your bank or scan the iDEAL QR code. The payment is completed in your trusted banking app.

A single delivery date for large orders
Are you ordering a large quantity of a single product? Sometimes, we are unable to deliver everything the next day. From now on, your shopping cart will display the exact delivery date for the entire order. This ensures your order arrives in one shipment, preventing the impression that it will be delivered in multiple parts.

Faster navigation through category pages and shopping cart
- Navigating through our product categories is now smoother, helping you reach your digital shopping cart more quickly. Additionally, you will notice that the shopping cart loads more efficiently when you return without adding new items.

Cutted threaded rods are now available for direct ordering
- You can now easily order cutted threaded rods through our webshop, with a minimum order amount of €35. This minimum amount is required due to the specifications we send to the cutting machine. Need a larger quantity of cutted threaded rods? Add the product to your shopping cart, adjust the quantity, and view the total price.

Efficient inventory management with BarTrack
Do you use the BarTrack app to manage your inventory? The ordering process is now even more efficient: scan your products in the warehouse and add them to your Fabory shopping cart with a single click. Review your complete price overview before finalizing your order.

Orders and invoices linked
It happens to all of us: you’re holding an invoice and wondering which orders it relates to. Or vice versa – you see an order and want to know which invoice is linked to it. Thanks to a new feature in MyFabory, this question is now quickly answered. Using the search fields in the order overview and on the invoices page, you can instantly see which orders and invoices match. In the order details, you can also download all associated invoices. This feature is only visible to users with access to invoices.

A new delivery option: Innight Delivery
- In December, we introduced a new shipping method: Innight Delivery. When a customer places an order before 7:00 PM, the products will be delivered overnight in a personal crate. This service is available throughout the Netherlands and Belgium. Interested in this option for your organization and want your own personal crate? Let your account manager know.

Filters stay visible
- The filter you selected in the webshop is now easier to find. In addition to appearing at the top of the page, it is now also visible in the left-hand filter list. For example, if you’re searching for a product with a specific diameter, the selected filter will remain clearly displayed.

Improvements to your order details
- In the past, sometimes your order details did not show an expected delivery date. From now on, this information will always be visible. Additionally, the status of a shipment delivered in two parts will now be displayed as ‘completed’ instead of ‘partially shipped’.

- Would you like to improve transparency and clarity around incoming invoices within your organization? You can choose to make adding an order reference mandatory when an employee places an order on Fabory.com. This way, the invoice and order align more accurately and efficiently. Nearest Technical Service Center
- Several Fabory shops have been closed since November 1st. If you had a preferred shop saved as a favorite, you will now see the nearest TSC relative to that shop. Additionally, when placing an order in the webshop, the four TSC’s will be available as delivery options.

New payment method
- Customers in the Netherlands can now pay with an American Express card. Previously, we enabled PayPal as a payment option for customers in Spain. We continue to expand payment methods for our customers.

Display of your Logic products
Do you use Fabory Logic in the workplace? If so, you will now find the items you purchase through this service in the 'My Logic products' catalog in MyFabory. Additionally, when browsing products in the webshop, you’ll now see a filter under ‘My Assortment’ called ‘My Logic products’. This filter helps you easily locate the products on Fabory.com that are currently on your shelves.

Expansion of search functionalities
- Thanks to an upgrade of FindTuner and Solr, you can now search for items on Fabory.com more easily. The upgrade introduces new functionalities to the search bar and keeps it up-to-date. For example, if you search for 'DIN 931 M4', we will automatically select M4 in the 'diameter' filter on the left side of the page.

Approval of items scanned by merchandiser
- It was already possible to view and approve an order after your employee placed it. Now, you can also approve an order with scanned items directly after a visit from a Fabory merchandiser. You will automatically receive an email requesting approval in MyFabory. Additionally, you can make adjustments to the order and add a reference.

- Should it ever come to this: you can now delete your MyFabory account under 'Personal Information' in MyFabory. This is in compliance with regulations. The data linked to your customer number (such as orders) will be preserved. Only user details like the email address will be deleted from MyFabory.

Fixed bugs in MyFabory
- In the invoice overview in MyFabory, customers needed help downloading some invoices. This was because these invoices were supposed to be excluded from this overview. These invoices are no longer displayed.
- Under Company information in MyFabory, customers could not add a delivery address; the 'Save' button was not functioning. This has now been resolved.

- Quickly locate and easily share recently purchased items with a direct, personalised link. This link provides a catalogue of your 40 most frequently purchased items in the past 12 months. Our staff can email you this link directly, and you can find the link in the address bar of your browser when visiting the catalogue in MyFabory.
