I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD. HOW CAN I ACCESS MY ACCOUNT?
Sorry to hear you cannot log in! To reset your password, click "Forgot your password?" on the login page. You can then enter your e-mail address, and you will receive an e-mail with a link and instructions to change your password.
I HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH FABORY. HOW CAN I CHANGE MY PERSONAL SETTINGS?
To change your account’s personal settings, click on your name after logging in. From here, you can select "Account" to view and adjust your settings.
I AM LOGGED IN, BUT I DO NOT SEE PRODUCT PRICES. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?
We are happy to resolve this problem for you. There are a few possible reasons why this issue may occur, so please contact our Customer Service department for assistance.
Is it possible to deliver my order to an address other than my billing address?
Yes, you can enter a different delivery address while completing your order details.
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO A FABORY SHOP FOR PICKUP?
Yes, it is possible to have your order delivered to a Fabory shop. You can select one of our shops during the completion of your order your order, and you can pick up the order from the store after it has been received.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
You can pay for your order with one of our online payment options. If you wish to pay for your order with a different method of payment than the given options, then please contact our Customer Service department.
WHAT IS THE STATUS MY ORDER?
You can view the status of your order in your order portal. You can find the order portal under your name after you have logged in.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER CONFIRMATION?
Yes, it is possible to adjust your order. To do so, you should contact our Customer Service department by telephone as soon as possible.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel it. Please contact our Customer Service department by telephone as soon as possible after placing the order.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
