Improved filter usability
- Refining your search using filters is now more user-friendly. When filtering by diameter, length, or standard, the filters with the most available options are now shown at the top. The filter section no longer reloads, which makes the page more stable. Filters also remain open, allowing you to easily select additional criteria.

Product suggestions based on your selection
After adding a product to your shopping cart, you will now see related items suggested alongside it. These related products are also shown on the product detail page under the ‘Related products’ tab, helping you complete your order with ease.

Manage user access of MyFabory Insights reports
It’s now easier to control which MyFabory Insights dashboards a colleague can view. The administrator can go to ‘User management’ under ‘Company details’ to manage access permissions for colleagues across various MyFabory Insights dashboards.

Download information in MyFabory
- On the ‘Order overview,’ ‘Open order lines,’ and ‘Invoices’ pages in MyFabory, you can now download information in CSV or Excel format. Simply use the ‘Download overview’ option in the bottom right corner of the page.

- In May, we focused on optimizing the search functionality to help you find what you need faster. We also improved the performance of large orders, which now open significantly quicker. And that’s not all. Read on to discover what else we did last month to enhance your user experience.

Smart suggestions for typos
Typos happen easily. That’s why, when you enter a misspelled search term like “Hexagon bold” or “Weera,” we now show the most likely intended results. For example: "These results are for Wera." This way, you’ll still quickly find what you're looking for.

First step in improving navigation for tools and safety items
We've taken an important first step in grouping tool and safety products to make your selection process easier. Similar to our fastener categories, you can now choose from different product variants. For instance, selecting a different screwdriver length or the correct size of work gloves. This makes it easier to find exactly what you need.

Credit check integrated into the ordering process
- A smooth ordering process is essential for everyone. That’s why we now periodically run an automatic credit check for our business customers during checkout. If there is insufficient credit available, the system will offer the option to pay in advance.

Faster access to large orders
- For larger orders, we've significantly reduced the loading time when opening them in MyFabory. Large orders now load in just 3 seconds. That’s 10 times faster than before. Less waiting means you can get back to work right away.

- Over the past month, we have worked on improving your shopping experience on Fabory.com. Our goal is to help you find what you need faster and more easily, while also providing you with more detailed product information. In addition, we have further enhanced the user experience in our app and on the mobile version of our website. Below you can read what these improvements mean for you.

More information in your PDF download
When you have items in your shopping cart, you can download a price overview. This PDF now contains additional information:
- Each item number in the overview is clickable and leads directly to the product page.
- The expected delivery date for each item has been added.
- Your shopping cart now has a unique shopping cart ID, which you can find below the date and your customer number in the PDF.

Improvements in the mobile webshop and app
We have made several improvements to enhance your shopping experience via mobile and app:
- Thanks to an improved pop-up, you can now more clearly see the stock status in our Technical Service Centers (TSCs).
- You can swipe through product images more easily.
- Product information is now neatly organized into tabs that you can open with a simple click.

Always find what you are looking for
- Our search function has been further improved. When entering an item number, you will now always receive a suggestion, regardless of spaces or periods. This makes it even easier to find the correct product.

Resolved shopping cart error
- Previously, after adding items to your shopping cart, an error message could appear without clear explanation. Now, if an item is out of assortment, you will no longer see an option to add it to your cart. This reduces the chances of any surprises during checkout. We continue to work on improving our product data to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.

- As we wrap up the first quarter of 2025, we’d like to share two recent improvements in MyFabory and the checkout process. Meanwhile, we’re working on optimizing the mobile user experience. In April, we will tell you exactly what this means for you.

Faster order overview
- Good news for those who regularly place orders and have a large order history. In the past, long order overviews could take longer to load than desired. From now on, we can show a shortened overview upon request – for example, only orders from the last 3 months.

Bank selection in iDEAL
When paying for an order, you now select your bank directly within the iDEAL environment. Previously, this selection was requested while you were still in the Fabory checkout screen. Now, you click the Pay button, then choose your bank or scan the iDEAL QR code. The payment is completed in your trusted banking app.

A single delivery date for large orders
Are you ordering a large quantity of a single product? Sometimes, we are unable to deliver everything the next day. From now on, your shopping cart will display the exact delivery date for the entire order. This ensures your order arrives in one shipment, preventing the impression that it will be delivered in multiple parts.

Faster navigation through category pages and shopping cart
- Navigating through our product categories is now smoother, helping you reach your digital shopping cart more quickly. Additionally, you will notice that the shopping cart loads more efficiently when you return without adding new items.

Cutted threaded rods are now available for direct ordering
- You can now easily order cutted threaded rods through our webshop, with a minimum order amount of €35. This minimum amount is required due to the specifications we send to the cutting machine. Need a larger quantity of cutted threaded rods? Add the product to your shopping cart, adjust the quantity, and view the total price.

Efficient inventory management with BarTrack
Do you use the BarTrack app to manage your inventory? The ordering process is now even more efficient: scan your products in the warehouse and add them to your Fabory shopping cart with a single click. Review your complete price overview before finalizing your order.

Orders and invoices linked
It happens to all of us: you’re holding an invoice and wondering which orders it relates to. Or vice versa – you see an order and want to know which invoice is linked to it. Thanks to a new feature in MyFabory, this question is now quickly answered. Using the search fields in the order overview and on the invoices page, you can instantly see which orders and invoices match. In the order details, you can also download all associated invoices. This feature is only visible to users with access to invoices.

A new delivery option: Innight Delivery
- In December, we introduced a new shipping method: Innight Delivery. When a customer places an order before 7:00 PM, the products will be delivered overnight in a personal crate. This service is available throughout the Netherlands and Belgium. Interested in this option for your organization and want your own personal crate? Let your account manager know.

Filters stay visible
- The filter you selected in the webshop is now easier to find. In addition to appearing at the top of the page, it is now also visible in the left-hand filter list. For example, if you’re searching for a product with a specific diameter, the selected filter will remain clearly displayed.

- V minulosti se někdy v údajích o objednávce nezobrazovalo předpokládané datum doručení. Od nynějška bude tato informace vždy viditelná. Kromě toho se nyní stav zásilky doručené ve dvou částech zobrazí jako „dokončeno“ místo „částečně odesláno“.

Povinný odkaz na objednávku, je-li požadován
Chcete zvýšit transparentnost a přehlednost příchozích faktur ve vaší organizaci? Můžete se rozhodnout, že přidání odkazu na objednávku bude povinné, když zaměstnanec zadá objednávku na Fabory.com. Tímto způsobem se faktura a objednávka přesněji a efektivněji sladí. Tuto možnost pro vás můžeme v případě potřeby aktivovat.

Zavírání obchodů v Nizozemsku a Belgii
- Od 1. listopadu bylo v Nizozemsku a Belgii uzavřeno několik prodejen Fabory. V každé zemi přeměníme 4 prodejny na střediska technického servisu.

Nový způsob platby
- Zákazníci v Nizozemsku mohou nyní platit kartou American Express. Dříve jsme umožnili zákazníkům ve Španělsku platit prostřednictvím služby PayPal. Pokračujeme v rozšiřování platebních metod pro naše zákazníky.

Display of your Logic products
Do you use Fabory Logic in the workplace? If so, you will now find the items you purchase through this service in the 'My Logic products' catalog in MyFabory. Additionally, when browsing products in the webshop, you’ll now see a filter under ‘My Assortment’ called ‘My Logic products’. This filter helps you easily locate the products on Fabory.com that are currently on your shelves.

- The search bar now displays even more information. In addition to the image and product number, you can also see the product name. This provides a better overview and allows you to quickly see more details about the product you are searching for.

Expansion of search functionalities
- Thanks to an upgrade of FindTuner and Solr, you can now search for items on Fabory.com more easily. The upgrade introduces new functionalities to the search bar and keeps it up-to-date. For example, if you search for 'DIN 931 M4', we will automatically select M4 in the 'diameter' filter on the left side of the page.

Approval of items scanned by merchandiser
- It was already possible to view and approve an order after your employee placed it. Now, you can also approve an order with scanned items directly after a visit from a Fabory merchandiser. You will automatically receive an email requesting approval in MyFabory. Additionally, you can make adjustments to the order and add a reference.

With regard to laws and regulations
- Should it ever come to this: you can now delete your MyFabory account under 'Personal Information' in MyFabory. This is in compliance with regulations. The data linked to your customer number (such as orders) will be preserved. Only user details like the email address will be deleted from MyFabory.

Direct visibility of customer specific items
- Your customer specific articles will now automatically be made visible in the webshop. The webshop now contains over 39,000 customer specific articles that we specifically source for our customers.

- Some orders experienced a slight delay in processing after payment was made via methods like iDeal, credit card, or Bancontact. These orders will now be processed within a few minutes.

Opgeloste bugs in MyFabory
- In het overzicht van facturen in MyFabory konden klanten sommige facturen niet downloaden. Dat kwam omdat deze facturen niet in dit overzicht hoorden te staan. Deze facturen worden nu niet meer getoond.
- Onder Bedrijfsgegevens in MyFabory konden klanten geen afleveradres toevoegen, omdat de button ‘Opslaan’ niet functioneerde. Dit is nu verholpen.

- Eerdere bestelde producten snel terugvinden en eenvoudig delen doet u met een directe, persoonlijke link. Deze geeft inzage in uw catalogus met de 40 vaakst gekochte producten in de afgelopen 12 maanden. Onze medewerkers kunnen u deze link rechtstreeks mailen en u vindt de link in de adresbalk van uw browser bij het bezoeken van de catalogus in MyFabory.

- Bij het genereren van barcodes voor uw magazijn kunt u nu ook uw eigen artikelnummers gebruiken! Daarnaast hoeft u hoeft niet langer de punten uit het Fabory artikelnummer te verwijderen, voordat u de barcode genereert.

Foutmelding bij openen bestelling verholpen
- Sommige klanten kregen bij het openen van een bestelling in MyFabory een foutmelding. Hierdoor konden zij hun bestelling niet bekijken. Deze fout hebben we voor u opgelost.

Delivery and invoice address
Are you about to check out? From now on, you will see both the delivery address and the billing address in the order overview. The account administrator also sees both addresses under the company data in MyFabory. This way we avoid confusion.
