To ensure safe working methods with impact sockets on impulse wrenches it is important that the socket is securely fixed to the anvil. Mostly this is done by a pin with a rubber ring. When sockets need to be changed regularly, the pin and ring are sometimes forgotten. This can cause dangerous situations and even accidents, when the socket is thrown off the anvil. This can be prevented by using the Action quick change adaptor. The adaptor is securely fixed on the anvil by a pin and rubber ring. The ball retainer on the adaptor in its turn securely holds the impact socket. By sliding the outer sleeve on the adaptor backward, the sockets is released again. This ensures a safe method of working with impact sockets.
