Grâce à la RFID, la gestion des stocks peut être contrôlée de manière efficiente. Combien de boulons, d'écrous et/ou de vis les employés ont-ils utilisés et quelle quantité doit être commandée à nouveau pour obtenir un niveau de stock optimal ? La solution RFID répond à cette question, car elle permet de connaître les commandes déjà effectuées et celles qui sont sur le point d'être livrées.

Lan Handling, l'un de nos clients, travaille avec la solution RFID. Une fois par semaine, un magasinier Fabory réapprovisionne le stock. Le fonctionnement du RFID

Un bac vide ? Un employé le place sur l'étagère. Il n'est donc pas nécessaire de vérifier physiquement toutes les positions dans l'étagère. Le client utilise son propre contenant, un bac en plastique ou un bac jetable en carton. Selon la préférence du client, l'application peut être programmée pour effectuer un scan des bacs vides. Cette opération peut être effectuée toutes les heures ou toutes les cinq minutes. Vous souhaitez des résultats instantanés ? Il suffit d'appuyer sur le bouton. La solution logistique sait exactement combien de nouveaux contenants sont nécessaires et une nouvelle commande est immédiatement passée. Grâce à cette technique innovante, les clients sont rassurés et confiants quant à la gestion de leurs stocks.

Réapprovisionnement des fixations

Si nécessaire, un marchandiseur Fabory peut réapprovisionner le bac livré chez le client. Nous sommes présents chaque semaine chez certains de nos clients, dans l'atelier de production. Auparavant, un employé vérifiait quel stock devait être commandé. La solution RFID remplace ce processus. Ainsi, il est possible de vérifier précisément quels articles ont été commandés et quand ils seront livrés. Ainsi, l'entreprise aura toujours un stock suffisant de nos articles.

Delivery time

The system keeps track of the number of empty bins placed on the shelf so that an order can be automatically placed. If a Fabory employee updates the system on a Tuesday, a new order can be generated automatically on Thursday evening. The scan which triggers the new order can be programmed remotely for the desired day and time. This process helps to reduce the time between ordering and delivery, making it easier to manage production peaks.

Insight

Every customer gains access to insights on their platform for stock management, order overviews, and supplier performance. This provides customers with complete transparency and understanding of material consumption. Lan Handling states, "All rings, bolts, and nuts come in different lengths. We book these under one purchase order as grab stock, so we can see exactly how much we have spent on stock at the end of the year."

Wide use of technology

The technology supports stock management, and Fabory aims to leverage this technology for in-depth stock usage analysis. The goal is to identify which items are in rotation and which are not, providing valuable insights for our customers.
