Service à valeur ajoutée : SVA

Fabory dispose d'un département SVA intégré où nous répondons à vos besoins spécifiques tels que l'emballage pour l'exportation, la consolidation des expéditions, les activités de Kitting, le reconditionnement dans un emballage spécifique au client et l'étiquetage spécifique au client des produits. En outre, nos fixations peuvent être marquées en couleur à des fins d'identification. Ceci est fait en standard sur les tiges filetées conformément à la norme DIN 976-1, le type de matériau étant indiqué sur l'extrémité (au moins un côté) au moyen d'un code couleur. Pick and Put to Light

The Pick and Put to Light system lets employees on the shop floor see exactly from which stock bin they can grab the desired items in replenishing stock. This way of working prevents errors and increases efficiency.

The system operates in two distinct modes:

  • You scan the code of an empty bin. A green light comes on at the bin with stock, so you know exactly which bin you can take items from.
  • There is a plus version, especially for orders with many different articles in different quantities: You scan the Bill of Material (BOM). With the bins with stock, you see precisely which articles you can take in which quantity.
