Universal wood screws 

MaxxFast offers CE-marked universal wood screws in a wide range of sizes and types, ensuring optimal performance across all projects. Whether you're working with exotic hardwoods, laminate, or traditional softwoods, MaxxFast screws meet the highest standards for reliability and performance. They are available in zinc-plated steel and stainless steel (A2), with countersunk, pan, and flange heads. For drive types, you can choose between the classic Pozidriv system or the innovative ttap® system – the latter offering extra versatility, which we'll cover in the next section.

Universal wood screws

Revolutionary ttap® drive system for effortless installation

The wood screw assortment includes terrace screws for outdoor use and structural wood screws for more demanding applications. The revolutionary ttap® drive system significantly reduces installation time. Its unique stick-fit design, fully compatible with standard Torx® tools, prevents wobbling and slipping while maintaining a secure grip. It also reduces the risk of cam-out—which can occur when the bit or driver falls out of the screw head—resulting in more efficient and accurate installations.

Self-drilling screws

MaxxFast self-drilling screws simplify the installation process by drilling and tapping in a single step, eliminating the need for separate drilling and tapping operations. This enables fast and reliable connections without the need for pre-drilling. They are available with Phillips, square, hex, and ttap® drive systems. Except for the hex-head variant, each box includes a matching bit.

Integrated drill point for cost savings

Thanks to the integrated drill point, there’s no need for separate drilling or tapping. This reduces installation time and minimises the risk of errors. Self-drilling screws are available with countersunk, hex, and pan heads.

Material options for diverse applications

MaxxFast self-drilling screws are available in:

• Zinc-plated steel: compliant with DIN 7504 and ISO 15480/15482:1999 standards.
• Stainless steel (A2): ideal for use with aluminium and outdoors due to its high corrosion resistance.

Anchoring products

MaxxFast offers a comprehensive range of anchoring solutions, divided into four categories: Heavy Duty, Medium Duty, Light Duty, and Hollow Anchoring (Panel Anchoring).

Heavy-duty anchoring:

• ThruMaxx through-bolts are ETA Option 7 certified with a double-embedding design, suitable for high-resistance up to C50/60 concrete.
• ProMaxx anchors deliver high-performance anchoring solutions with ETA Option 1 certification for cracked and non-cracked concrete.

Medium-duty anchoring:

• MaxxFast offers drop-in and frame anchors, as well as expansion plugs.

Light-duty anchoring:

• MaxxFast offers nylon plugs.

Hollow anchoring (panel anchoring):

• MaxxFast offers plasterboard and cavity fixings.
