This MF hex nut is made from bright steel—raw steel with no coating or surface treatment. It's a strong material, but on its own it offers little protection against corrosion. The nut meets DIN 934 and ISO 8673 standards and features a fine metric thread. With a strength class of 6, it's designed for use with bolts and screws rated at strength class 6.8 or lower.
