This MEF hex nut features an extra-fine metric thread and meets DIN 934 standards. Made from steel with an electrolytically galvanized finish, it's built for indoor use or applications with very mild exposure conditions. Please note: Class |10| nuts are rated for strength per DIN 267-4 and have a lower load capacity than Class 10 nuts under ISO 898-2. Mechanical overloading can cause the threads on the nut or bolt to strip.
