Promat becomes Tecwerk: trusted tools with a fresh new look

Promat is moving forward under a new name: Tecwerk. The name, a combination of the German words for ‘technology’ and ‘work’, highlights the focus on high-quality technical products for professional end users. While the name is changing, the trusted quality remains the same. Additionally, Tecwerk products will now be packaged in cardboard boxes, resulting in an 80% reduction in plastic use.

• Promat products will be gradually rebranded as Tecwerk in 2025.
• As of December 31, 2025, all products will be fully transitioned.
• The products will continue to come from the same manufacturer.
• The design will change: Tecwerk products are recognizable by their fresh, bright blue accents.

During the transition period, you may receive a Tecwerk product even if you ordered Promat. This simply means the Promat version is no longer available.

The products remain fully interchangeable and technically identical.
