20 years of Fabory Romania
Founded in 2006, Fabory Romania has grown into an important part of the Fabory organization over the past twenty years. During a team-building event, Fabory employees reflected on the company's first two decades. One thing became clear: throughout the years, one principle has remained unchanged, the determination to always put the customer first.
Over the past twenty years, Fabory Romania has also faced changing market conditions, increasing customer expectations, economic challenges and technological developments. During the team-building event in the Carpathian Mountains, country director Sorana Prajeu witnessed a strong sense of energy, team spirit and genuine connection among colleagues. “It reminded us that success is not only measured in numbers, but also in the strength of the relationships we build with one another.”
Customer trust
According to Prajeu, this dedication is reflected not only in the company's business results and growth, but also in the trust that customers place in Fabory every day. A recent example is Romania's net promoter score (NPS) of 76. “This result underlines the quality of our customer relationships and the work performed across all departments of our organization.”
Collaboration as a success factor
Prajeu particularly praises the adaptability and resilience of employees in a constantly changing environment, together with the positive atmosphere and family-like culture that make Fabory Romania such a special team. “The team-building event was a perfect reflection of that. The fire show, with performers literally and figuratively sending sparks flying, highlighted the festive nature of the anniversary celebration.”

Twenty years is an important milestone, but it is also an opportunity to look ahead. The achievements that Fabory Romania celebrates today provide confidence for the future.
