Savona begeleidt bedrijven bij de aankoop van een wasboxinstallatie vanaf de voorbereiding, aankoop, realisatie tot en met een compleet onderhoudsprogramma. Hun klanten zitten door de hele Benelux. Dennis begon in 1996 bij het Brabantse bedrijf en houdt de voorraad voor zijn collega’s in het magazijn op peil.

Bij het bestellen van bevestigingsmaterialen en MRO-producten maakt Dennis gebruik van verschillende catalogi. Die heeft hij gemaakt in MyFabory. In de catalogi heeft hij behalve bouten, moeren en schroeven ook montagekits en gereedschap als favorieten toegevoegd. Een paar keer per maand maakt Dennis een bestelling compleet achter zijn computer. Voordat hij op de bestelknop klikt, loopt hij een ronde door het magazijn waar zijn collega’s de wasboxen monteren.

Met het plaatsen van bestellingen via MyFabory bespaart Dennis tijd en krijgt hij inzicht in de status van bestellingen, bestelhistorie en facturen.

Altijd de juiste uitvoering bij de hand 
Het aanmaken van catalogi met favoriete producten in MyFabory beschouwt Dennis als een uitkomst in zijn dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Het zijn de standaard fasteners waar de medewerkers op de werkvloer dagelijks naar grijpen tijdens het monteren. Vergeet daarbij niet de verstelbare moersleutel, boren, slangenklemmen, mengtuiten. Ook die plaatst Dennis in de catalogi. “Vind maar eens precies de uitvoering die je wilt. Ik ken niet alle artikelnummers uit mijn hoofd. Nu heb je ieder artikelnummer altijd bij de hand. We werken hier ook met een gereedschap dat wij de popnageltang noemen. Op Fabory.com heet dit de blindklinknagel.”   

Prijzen en voorraadniveau 
Dennis is verantwoordelijk voor alle bestellingen van fasteners en non-fasteners die zijn collega’s in het magazijn nodig hebben. “In MyFabory zie ik direct of het gewenste artikel op voorraad ligt, samen met de prijs. Is een artikel niet op voorraad, dan ga ik terug naar de categoriesoort en kijk ik wat wel direct leverbaar is.” Savona werkt met één account. Wanneer Dennis een keer niet in de buurt is, loggen collega’s ook weleens in op het account en voegen zo enkele artikelen toe. “Dan hebben ze bijvoorbeeld met spoed vijfhonderd bouten in een specifieke maat nodig.” 
 

View order history

Dennis is always the one who completes the order. He has been working with MyFabory from day one. “From the moment we no longer had to pass on numbers on pieces of paper, I was convinced. The order history can now always be found. If I have forgotten to place an article in the catalogues, I will still find it there; then I know exactly which special taps are involved.”

Dennis’s colleagues can also quickly consult all invoices and packing slips in MyFabory. “My colleagues from Administration check the invoices to see whether the deliveries are correct.” Dennis himself checks his order overviews in MyFabory every week. He can see at a glance what is still open. “If a colleague asks whether specific articles have arrived or are on their way, I can see that immediately. On average, an article arrives at the workplace after one to two days.”

Fixed contact person

Even though Dennis now finalises the orders via MyFabory, his regular contact person at Fabory still visits us now and then. “For example, if a tool is broken, he will send it back to the supplier for me. Switching directly with Fabory and working from my online environment works perfectly for me.”
