Your online environment: MyFabory

Creating an account on Fabory.com? That's done within 1 minute. An account on Fabory.com gives you access to MyFabory and offers many benefits:

  • Immediate insight into your prices
  • Quick checkout
  • Easy access to past orders and invoices
  • Creating your catalogues

Your webshop account gives you direct access to your personal MyFabory environment. You'll find an overview of your orders, invoices, and custom catalogues there. After logging in, click on your name in the top right corner, and a menu will appear for easy navigation. Here, you'll find shortcuts to the most commonly used functions of MyFabory.

I'm new to Fabory. How can I register? 
Creating an account is done through the registration page. Remember to subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on industry news, product innovations, and exclusive offers. After registration, you'll receive a confirmation email and can start ordering.

What do I need to register on Fabory.com? 
Keep your VAT number at hand. Once registered, you can easily manage your settings in your MyFabory environment.

I'm already a customer at Fabory. Can I create an account myself? 
If you're already a customer at Fabory, registering is even easier. Check the box "My company is already a customer at Fabory." The only information you need to add afterwards is your email address and password. You can find your customer number at the top of your invoices.

How do I add a colleague to my account? 
If you're an administrator, you can add and manage users. When logged in, go to "User Management" under "Company Details." Here, you'll see all the users linked to your account. To add a user, click "Add New User." Then, fill in the details and click "Save."

My colleague already has an account; how can I add myself to their account?
Register as an existing customer via the registration page and use the same customer number. Another option is for the administrator within your company to add you as a user through their MyFabory environment directly.

Why do I get an error message when trying to create a password?
When creating a password, remember that it must:

  • Be at least eight characters long
  • Include a unique character (choose from! @ # $ € % ^ & * ( ) \ _ - = + ] (do not use this character at the beginning of the password)
  • Include at least one digit
  • Include at least one letter

What should I do if I forget my password? 
We all forget passwords sometimes. Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset your password. After entering your email address, you'll receive instructions on resetting your password.

How can I change the email address of my account? 
After logging in, click on your name and go to "My Profile." You can change your email address and the provided name and password here.

How do I add multiple delivery addresses to my account? 
After logging in, click on your name and go to "Company Details." Under "Delivery Addresses," you can add, edit, or delete addresses. When placing an order, choose the appropriate address from your list. Need access to this section? Find out who the administrator is within your company; they can help you.

How do I change the settings of my account? 
You can modify details such as name, email address, and password through "Personal Information." Each user has access to this section within MyFabory. Only administrators have full access to all settings. Within "Company Details," they can:

  • View the Fabory customer number
  • View the stored company name
  • View the VAT number
  • Add, modify, and delete addresses
  • Add, modify, and delete users


Where can I view my order history? 
In MyFabory, you can see an overview of all your orders from the past 12 months. Log in to MyFabory, click "Orders," and the list of all your orders will be displayed. Want more details? Click on one of the order numbers to see more information.

Where can I find my outstanding order lines? 
On the "Outstanding Order Lines" tab, you can quickly see which products are still in progress, including the expected delivery date. You don't need to search through the details of different orders. This gives you complete control over your charges and maximizes your stock visibility. Products that will be shipped within 48 hours won't appear here.

Where can I download my order confirmation?
Click on the "Orders" tab and select an order number. Under the "Order Details" section, you can "Download Order Confirmation."

Where can I see the shipping status (T&T) of my package?
Click on the "Orders" tab. Under the "Shipped Deliveries" section, you'll find the Track & Trace option. This allows you to track your shipments.

Where can I download my packing slip? 
Click on the "Orders" tab. Under the "Shipped Deliveries" section, you'll find the "Downloads" section. Here, you can download your packing slips.

Where can I view certificates for products I've purchased? 
Click on the "Orders" tab. Under the "Products and Delivery Date" section, you'll find the certificates for the products you've ordered.

Where can I find an invoice? 
Finding the correct invoice has never been easier. Log in to MyFabory and navigate to "Invoices." You'll see a list of orders with the option to download the invoice as a PDF. You can also quickly pay outstanding invoices here. Only administrators have access to invoices to ensure the security of your company data.

Can I directly pay an invoice? 
You can directly pay an invoice using a credit card. You can complete the payment from the invoice overview with just one click. You can then proceed with your payment through MyFabory.

Placing an Order

In your online environment, MyFabory, your order process is efficient. By digitizing the ordering process, we reduce the lead time for your orders. Below, we answer the most frequently asked questions about this process.

How can I place my order as efficiently as possible?
MyFabory offers multiple options for quickly and easily placing an order. You can easily search for products and add them to your shopping cart using the search bar. Choose "Quick Search" next to the search bar if you want assistance.
You can also repeat a previous order. Find the order you want to repeat under "Orders," click on the order number and "Order Again." The products from this order will be added to your shopping cart. Of course, you can still add other products, adjust quantities, and remove products. Then, proceed to complete the order.
Another tool that helps with efficient ordering is "My Catalogues." This allows you to create lists of your favourite products. To create a catalogue, go to "My Catalogues," click "Create Catalogue," specify the details, and click "Create." Start by adding products by clicking the heart icon on the top of each product page. Now, you can add all the products in your catalogue to your shopping cart with one click.

How do I perform a Quick Search? 
Through the Quick Search option, you can specify various attributes of the product you're looking for. You can select the following characteristics:

  • Standards
  • Class
  • Material type
  • Treatment
  • Diameter
  • Length

After clicking "Search," we'll show you the products that meet your search criteria, and you can add them to your shopping cart.

Can I quickly place an order using article numbers?
You can quickly place an order using Quick Order. You can find Quick Order in the MyFabory menu after logging in. Here, you can add articles line by line using article numbers (up to 25), import text (up to 100), or upload a CSV file (up to 400).

Can I add a different delivery address while placing an order? 
Yes, you can. You can add a new delivery address in the "Shipping" step during the order placement process.

Can I change or cancel my order? 
Making changes to your order directly through MyFabory is not possible. Contact customer service for possible options.

How do I track the status of my order? 
After logging in, click "Orders" and select the order you want to check. Next to the order details, you'll see the expected delivery date. When DHL delivers your order, you'll receive a Track & Trace link to track the delivery.
 

The Fabory app

Placing orders through MyFabory is quick and easy. The Fabory app allows you to access MyFabory and experience the same convenience. An additional benefit is adding items to your shopping cart and placing orders while walking through the warehouse. We answer the most frequently asked questions about this intelligent inventory management approach.

Can I also order products from the Fabory webshop easily using my phone instead of a computer?
Absolutely. You can download the Fabory app for this purpose. The Fabory app works similarly to the MyFabory environment on your computer but offers a few advantages.

What's the most significant difference between computer and phone ordering? 
When placing an order on your computer, you're at your desk. If you order through the Fabory app on your phone, you can add items to your shopping cart while walking through the warehouse. You don't need to return to your workstation to finalize the order.

What are the similarities between ordering via computer and ordering via phone?
Like your computer, you can browse the Fabory catalogue digitally or search for products through the webshop on your phone. You'll find detailed product information to ensure you order the right product. The login details for the Fabory app are the same as when logging into MyFabory.

How do I order items as efficiently as possible through the app?
In the Fabory app, you'll find the FastScan option. This feature allows you to scan and order items while walking through the warehouse. After scanning the barcode, enter the desired quantity. Add the product to your shopping cart and place the order.

What does the FastScan feature do?
With FastScan, you can use your phone's camera to scan the numbers of the items in your warehouse. In MyFabory, you generate barcodes that you can print. Place these barcode labels on the appropriate bins in your warehouse shelves. This allows you to place orders quickly and easily.

How do I install the Fabory app on my phone? 
You can download the Fabory app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

What benefits does the Fabory app offer? 
 The Fabory app offers several benefits.
  • You no longer need to write down and double-check article numbers, preventing errors and saving time in ordering.
  • You can scan and order 24/7
  • You always have your order history and invoices at your fingertips

The app even works when you're offline! Scanning items doesn't require an internet connection. You'll need a working internet connection when placing an order.
