How Bosch Training Helps Fabory Advise Customers on Tools and Accessories

To strengthen the product advice Fabory provides to customers, Fabory employees attended a Bosch knowledge session at the Bosch headquarters in Breda, the Netherlands.

During the session, Bosch experts introduced Fabory colleagues to the updated accessory range and provided hands-on experience with professional tools and accessories. The session was designed to give the Fabory team greater product knowledge when helping customers select suitable tools and accessories for their applications.

The Bosch session focused on giving Fabory employees a clearer understanding of the latest Bosch tools and accessories.

Bosch introduced the updated accessory range using three product levels: Bosch, Bosch Pro and Bosch Expert. This structure helps distinguish the different accessory ranges available to professional users.

Good Bosch The Bosch range was presented as the Good tier within the updated accessory structure.

Better Bosch Pro Bosch Pro was presented as the Better tier within the Bosch accessory range.

Best Bosch Expert Bosch Expert was presented as the Best tier within the updated accessory range.

Clearer packaging and updated materials

Bosch also presented updated packaging designed to make accessory selection clearer. The packaging uses more cardboard and less plastic than before.

The revised presentation helps users identify the accessory range more easily while reducing the amount of plastic used in the packaging.

From product knowledge to hands-on experience

In the afternoon, the session moved into the Bosch demo room, where Fabory employees could see and test the products in practice.

A carbide metal saw blade fitted to a compact cordless circular saw was demonstrated cutting through an H-beam. Fabory employees, wearing the required personal protective equipment, then tested Bosch grinding discs, jigsaw blades and sanding discs themselves.

This practical session gave the Fabory team first-hand experience of the tools and accessories covered during the training.

Testing the Bosch X-LOCK system

The X-LOCK quick-change system for angle grinders was one of the features demonstrated during the session. Bosch showed how compatible accessories can be changed with a single click.

Bosch presented the shorter stopping time as a benefit of the X-LOCK system for productivity and safety.
