Visual instructions in the form of lights and LED displays on the shop floor - that's Pick and Put to Light. This system allows your employees to kit error-free. The innovative system makes stock management easy. When an empty bin is identified, employees can scan the code on the bin, and a light will come on at the correct bin with stock. This allows them to see exactly where to find the items and in what quantity, eliminating the need for searching. The Pick and Put to Light system makes identifying items and replenishing stock more effortless. Employees can stay focused on tasks without switching between item information and packing slips for different orders, preventing errors and increasing efficiency.
Initiate Pick and Put to Light using two methods:
- Scan the code of an empty tray on the shop floor. A light will illuminate the tray display, making it easy for you to pick the required stock. If there are multiple empty trays, you can scan them one by one without any hassle.
- An advanced version of the first option is also available, mainly for orders with numerous items in varying quantities. You can scan a materials list known as the 'BOM Bill of Material' and view which products to retrieve and in what quantity on the display. This method is beneficial for assembling kits.
