Your webshop account gives you direct access to your personal MyFabory environment. You'll find an overview of your orders, invoices, and custom catalogues there. After logging in, click on your name in the top right corner, and a menu will appear for easy navigation. Here, you'll find shortcuts to the most commonly used functions of MyFabory.
I'm new to Fabory. How can I register?
Creating an account is done through the registration page. Remember to subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on industry news, product innovations, and exclusive offers. After registration, you'll receive a confirmation email and can start ordering.
What do I need to register on Fabory.com?
Keep your VAT number at hand. Once registered, you can easily manage your settings in your MyFabory environment.
I'm already a customer at Fabory. Can I create an account myself?
If you're already a customer at Fabory, registering is even easier. Check the box "My company is already a customer at Fabory." The only information you need to add afterwards is your email address and password. You can find your customer number at the top of your invoices.
How do I add a colleague to my account?
If you're an administrator, you can add and manage users. When logged in, go to "User Management" under "Company Details." Here, you'll see all the users linked to your account. To add a user, click "Add New User." Then, fill in the details and click "Save."
My colleague already has an account; how can I add myself to their account?
Register as an existing customer via the registration page and use the same customer number. Another option is for the administrator within your company to add you as a user through their MyFabory environment directly.
Why do I get an error message when trying to create a password?
When creating a password, remember that it must:
- Be at least eight characters long
- Include a unique character (choose from! @ # $ € % ^ & * ( ) \ _ - = + ] (do not use this character at the beginning of the password)
- Include at least one digit
- Include at least one letter
What should I do if I forget my password?
We all forget passwords sometimes. Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset your password. After entering your email address, you'll receive instructions on resetting your password.
How can I change the email address of my account?
After logging in, click on your name and go to "My Profile." You can change your email address and the provided name and password here.
How do I add multiple delivery addresses to my account?
After logging in, click on your name and go to "Company Details." Under "Delivery Addresses," you can add, edit, or delete addresses. When placing an order, choose the appropriate address from your list. Need access to this section? Find out who the administrator is within your company; they can help you.
How do I change the settings of my account?
You can modify details such as name, email address, and password through "Personal Information." Each user has access to this section within MyFabory. Only administrators have full access to all settings. Within "Company Details," they can:
- View the Fabory customer number
- View the stored company name
- View the VAT number
- Add, modify, and delete addresses
- Add, modify, and delete users
Where can I view my order history?
In MyFabory, you can see an overview of all your orders from the past 12 months. Log in to MyFabory, click "Orders," and the list of all your orders will be displayed. Want more details? Click on one of the order numbers to see more information.
Where can I find my outstanding order lines?
On the "Outstanding Order Lines" tab, you can quickly see which products are still in progress, including the expected delivery date. You don't need to search through the details of different orders. This gives you complete control over your charges and maximizes your stock visibility. Products that will be shipped within 48 hours won't appear here.
Where can I download my order confirmation?
Click on the "Orders" tab and select an order number. Under the "Order Details" section, you can "Download Order Confirmation."
Where can I see the shipping status (T&T) of my package?
Click on the "Orders" tab. Under the "Shipped Deliveries" section, you'll find the Track & Trace option. This allows you to track your shipments.
Where can I download my packing slip?
Click on the "Orders" tab. Under the "Shipped Deliveries" section, you'll find the "Downloads" section. Here, you can download your packing slips.
Where can I view certificates for products I've purchased?
Click on the "Orders" tab. Under the "Products and Delivery Date" section, you'll find the certificates for the products you've ordered.
Where can I find an invoice?
Finding the correct invoice has never been easier. Log in to MyFabory and navigate to "Invoices." You'll see a list of orders with the option to download the invoice as a PDF. You can also quickly pay outstanding invoices here. Only administrators have access to invoices to ensure the security of your company data.
Can I directly pay an invoice?
You can directly pay an invoice using a credit card. You can complete the payment from the invoice overview with just one click. You can then proceed with your payment through MyFabory.
