Fabory’s approach to OEM customers means that we carry out an in-depth analysis of your total cost of ownership (TCO). Then we look at all the options and 
solutions available to lower that cost. Whether it is through an integrated eCommerce solution such as EDI and eInvoicing, or KeepStock solutions that make sure we deliver what you need right to the production lines, or by installing our sophisticated optical bin solution – every option is reviewed and discussed with you to reach the best situation.
We are able to add specific articles that you use to our assortment so you can limit the costs that are inherent in having many different suppliers. This is C-part management the Fabory way. The most productive concept will be rolled out, implemented and reviewed – standardised if possible, custom-made if needed. Our annual check will ensure the situation remains ideal over time, with improvements made on an ongoing basis. This is part of our service level agreement with you.
