New concept store in Oss, The Netherlands

On November 19th, the new FABORY Centre in Oss welcomes its first customers to experience FABORY’s brand new store concept.

In itself, opening a new FABORY Centre is not an unusual happening for FABORY, whose network of stores will grow to more than 100 stores in Europe in 2008. However, this new concept makes it a special event. FABORY’s Formula team developed it in close cooperation with retail experts, based on suggestions given by customers throughout Europe.

The main features of the new concept are:

• Customers will find more fasteners on the shop floor, befitting the Masters in Fasteners. Of course the quality remains on the constant high level our customers rely upon.
• The combination of self-service when possible and store assistance when needed, gives the store employees more time to offer advice and service to customers. Thorough know-how and a high service level are what FABORY is renowned for.
• The look and feel of the store is modern and industrial, and all articles can be found easily thanks to excellent signing and a clear and logical layout of the store. This makes visiting a FABORY Centre a very convenient way of shopping.
  

In short, the new concept offers customers a pleasant shopping experience and the guarantee that they will find everything they need. It has turned the FABORY Centre into a genuine store.
